Polite and excellent staff, and fab food!!!
Nice comfy base for 2 nights. Stunning location, relatively close to Cliffe High Street. And not far from the Queen Sikirit Botanical Garden and airport, Chiang Mai's high hill, and the Restaurant.

The hotel had a great location. It was close to some really nice tourist attractions, which made it convenient for us to explore the area. The food was also pretty good, but what I liked the most was the fact that we were given a lot of blankets and the rooms had heaters, which was really nice during the cold weather.
The walls were so thin that we could hear every little noise that our neighbors were making, from their conversations to their phone calls. , the onsen was really noisy and quite unpleasant.

The complementary fruit basket and wine bottle were a nice touch for our romantic escape. the view from our room was breathtaking, with a serene pond and lush greenery. the breakfast had plenty of options and the coffee was very good. the hotel is located in a quiet area, perfect for a relaxing getaway.
the air conditioning in our room was too cold and despite the staff's efforts, it could not be adjusted properly.

The hotel's location by the pond and in the valley of Moncham was absolutely breathtaking, and the architecture and interior design were stunning. I particularly loved the delicious breakfast they served every morning.
Don't have any issues at all.

the open-air hot spring bath more than made up for this.

During our stay at Onsen At Moncham, we were delighted by the beautiful natural surroundings that truly transported us to a serene oasis. The design of the hotel, reminiscent of a hotspring resort in Japan, added to the feeling of tranquility. The dinner provided was delicious, and the staff went above and beyond by offering us blankets in the chilly evening. The breakfast, although small, was tasty. We especially appreciated the extra effort made by the staff when we missed breakfast and were offered the a la carte menu instead. This level of service really impressed us. Additionally, the hotel staff were helpful, friendly, and professional throughout our stay. We also enjoyed the onsen experience, although the water temperature was a bit inconsistent. We highlighted this issue to the manager, and we hope it will be addressed in the future. Despite this minor setback, we truly enjoyed our time at Onsen At Moncham and would highly recommend it.
